No. An account lets you take the next step when you’re ready. Professionals finish service setup and required checks before taking work. Households send a request and choose whether to accept a proposal. Work and local availability are not guaranteed.

When is my exact address shared?

Your exact job address is shared after the booking is confirmed. Live travel sharing ends when the professional arrives. Read about privacy.

Can I use KNOQ for my home and my business?

Yes. One account can do both. Add your services if you want to offer them locally; you can still request help for your own home.
